The Clothing Warehouse Is On The Move!
The Clothing Warehouse has exciting news – we will be opening a new store and our first franchised location in Jacksonville Florida in the coming weeks.
“This should be a great location for us. It’s in a large city and we think the vintage clothing market there is currently underserved,” says Jim Buckley, founder and partner of The Clothing Warehouse Franchise.
“More importantly,” he adds “our store owner and franchisee in Jacksonville is fantastic. She is just what we’re looking for in a partner – motivated, smart, fun and she has great people skills. She’s the kind of person everyone wants to be around and we strongly believe she’ll be very successful.”
This sale closed less than four weeks after the partners in The Clothing Warehouse Franchise started working full time on the enterprise. Mo Bunnell, also a founding partner notes, “I’m very happy by how much traction we have in the marketplace. The economics and relatively simple operations of our stores have made dozens of people very interested in opening a store themselves. I think we’ll have a great year growing across the country.”
Erin Faulman, the third founding partner and lead trainer adds “We are hoping to sign up 10 or so more stores this year. We’ve spent a lot of time and money building a training system to replicate our 15 years of success in Atlanta. We’re ready for the growth.”
The Jacksonville lease is signed, and detailed training is underway for the new owner. The store should be open in mid-May.
